Purchases and Licence Data

If you purchase a Pro or Power User upgrade for one of our extensions, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Email address - Used to send your licence key and for customer support
Licence key - A unique identifier for your purchase
Product and tier - Which extension and upgrade level you purchased
Usage count - How many times you've used the extension this month (for quota tracking)

Data Retention

We retain your licence data for as long as your licence is active. For annual licences, we automatically delete your data two years after the licence expires. Lifetime licences are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Delete your data - Request deletion of your licence data at any time
Correct your data - Request corrections to any inaccurate information
