Agreement to Terms

By using our browser extensions or purchasing a licence, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

What You're Buying

When you purchase a Pro or Power User licence for one of our extensions, you're buying:

• A licence key that unlocks premium features
• The right to use those features on the number of devices specified (typically 3)
• Access to updates and bug fixes for as long as we maintain the extension

You are not buying:

• The extension software itself (which remains our property)
• Guaranteed compatibility with future browser versions
• Custom development

Licence Types

Annual licences are valid for one year from purchase. After expiration, Pro features will be disabled, but you won't lose any data. You can renew at any time.

Lifetime licences are valid for as long as we maintain the extension. If we discontinue an extension, your licence remains valid for any existing versions.

Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's our policy:

14-Day Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

To request a refund, email info@jollygoodapps.com with your order number or licence key.

After 14 Days

After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion. We'll always try to be fair - if something genuinely doesn't work as advertised, we'll make it right.

Annual Licence Cancellation

Annual licences auto-renew by default. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at info@jollygoodapps.com to prevent future charges. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Stripe (our payment provider) and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or distribute your licence key
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute our extensions
• Use our extensions for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent any licence restrictions or device limits

We reserve the right to revoke licences that violate these terms, though we'll always try to resolve issues fairly first.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our extensions working, but we can't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability (websites and browsers change)
• Compatibility with every browser version or configuration
• That features will never change or be removed

If a major change affects Pro features, we'll do our best to notify users and offer refunds where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Our extensions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of our extensions, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or any indirect damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
